ORAL COMMUNICATIONS TEMPLATE
Exclusive online session for presentation of communications by researchers enrolled in the congress, with affiliation to non-Portuguese entities, without online access to the other activities of the congress. Registration is limited to the first submission phase and proof of institutional affiliation outside Portugal must be sent to congress@eventqualia.net
The session will be held online on one of the days scheduled for the Congress, and the information about the schedule and rules will be sent in a timely manner.
Format and Size: Single sheet; 120cm x 90cm (maximum)
It is mandatory to include the name and institution of the author(s), below the title and in a smaller font size than that used in the text.
Recommendations:
- Composition: Title, Introduction, Objectives, Material and Methods, Results, Conclusion and Keywords OR in the case of scientific works: Title, Introduction, Method, Results, Discussion and Conclusion
- Arial font
- Font size: 36 for the title, 27 for subtitles, 24 for text/abstracts and 12 for captions of possible graphs/images.
- The text should be clear and concise.
- Ensure effective use of graphics, layouts, colours and fonts.
- Ensure the quality of the images used.
- Adopt a consistent and clean layout.
Posters will be exhibited during the congress. Printing, placement and removal of posters, as well as their maintenance, fall under the entire responsibility of the authors. There will be a table on site with the necessary material for placing the posters.
During session breaks, at least one of the authors of each poster must be in the poster exhibition area to provide any information requested.
Authors may take copies of the poster, in A4 format, to distribute to interested attendees.

Presentations are in person, with the exception of requests regarding affiliation to non-Portuguese organisations, as mentioned above.
Duration: maximum 8 minutes.
Presentation files must be in PDF or PowerPoint format (compatible with Windows systems).
In addition to the scientific information to be presented, the presentation file must contain the title, name and affiliation of the authors, funding source (if applicable).
The text must be legible from a distance.
The room will be equipped with a computer and projector.
Authors who will be presenting communications must be in the room at least 15 minutes before the start of the session so that they can transfer all the files to the computer.
The presentation must be in Portuguese or English.
